This slitting line is used for cold rolling, galvanized coil, decoiling, slitting and recoiling.

1. Process flow

Coil car - decoiling frame - single arm decoiler - pinch and leveler - hydraulic shearing machine - storage pit - guiding centering device - slitting machine - side scrap device - storage pit - tension device - recoiling- discharge coil car

Applicable material: Cold rolling, galvanized coil

Material quality: domestic certified steel or international standard steel.

Steel coil performance: δs≤235MPa，δb≤345MPa.

Thickness of material：0.5-3mm

Material width：1600mm（Max）

Inner diameter of steel coil：φ508, φ610 (for φ610 will be supplied with 2 pcs of enlarging circles)

Outer diameter of steel coil：φ1700mm（Max）

Weight of steel coil：15T（Max）
